Rapid Toga's Alpha goes MUCH further on the rebound, and you should be aiming a little low so it doesn't hit the floor. There's some tech you can do to just face the opposite direction of an enemy and spam your Alpha if they aren't in range of it initially!

One thing I don't like is because the alpha comes back to you by default, you cannot tell if it is getting reflected back at you, but otherwise everything is pretty balanced I think, especially since you have to actually be able to aim
