the best recipe for this mushroom is a stew with onion, garlic and a bit of white wine. Don't add water as the mushroom releases a lot of it.

@@AdrepKeith I honestly can’t remember which oil I used on the day but I think it’s fair to say that any oil of your choosing with suffice and get the job done
