Thanks for the video. You got one thing wrong, however. The Rhiannon's cooldowns skill does get activated when you finish the final wave. So you start the next battle fresh as well. The description even points at it: At the end of a round, reduces the timer for all allies' special skills by 3. So the last round of a battle still counts.
