Oh nice, I was thinking about getting this, but I went with Rengoku Vs Akaza from Hero Belief Studios and I’m delighted I did, because the statue is amazing, the paint and sculpt is flawless, I’m beyond happy with it. But this is really nice too, but the paint is very sloppy, you can look at every inch of my statue and you won’t find a single flaw in the paint, it’s so good.

For it to fit in more smoothly ,you could try blow-drying it to make it softer and then use a tool to slightly shape it larger.

You have the scabbards mixed up. The bigger scabbard goes on main body. You need to use a blow dryer to losen the belt to fit it per the instructions. The smaller one goes on the one where he is on his knees (EX version) same process for fitment

I know this is an old video but any idea the dimenstions on rengoku? Wanted to put him in a besta with glass doors but the depth worries me. On the websites it says about 17 inches in depth but i cant tell if thats measured when hes facing forward or on the side facing akaza

The light up is really nice, looks cool, but yea Akaza definitely looks less impressive beside it, and I’d prefer if they actually joined together or at least lined up better. It’s why I chose not to buy this and went for the other one.

Rengoku! He's my favkhrjte Hashira and was what made me watch Demon Slayer. He is an amazing character who changed my life and brought me back into anime after so many years. I just put my rengoku together had it in the box for 6 months lol and yours doesn’t let in because the metal rod has paint on it, I just stripped it off with a knife and it went in smoothe after that. There shouldn’t be paint on rods so I knew that was the problem

Also I saw your akaza review and mine doesn’t have the large paint defects yours has, I think you got unlucky with it but the akaza definitely feels like it was a lower priority compared to rengoku lol

Yeah some people have suggested using a heat gun when inserting but I haven’t been able to set this statue up again. I will give it a try once I do
