I enjoyed all the guitars as usual. The Meeus guitar impressed me the most with its balance, full round bases and projection. However, the Hanika and obviously the Stark guitars are fantastic as well!!

Stauffer guitar sounds terrific. For me, a 'romantic' guitar has a lower fretboard so the highest frets are actually on the soundboard like Lacote or Grobert.

Not a fan of the romantic guitar, though given its bright sound would be interesting to hear it with other (non-guitar) instruments, it might out perform modern instruments as you could actually hear it. I find maple guitars a bit too shallow in sound, however, the basses on the Hanika were rather yummy! It's more of a surprise not showing us what's coming up.

By saying that, we mean the guitar has a fast response, allowing the player to produce a good sound without much effort. Additionally, the way the fingerboard and frets are set up enables the left hand to move easily without requiring excessive pressure or causing fatigue.
