I love fajitas! Even just the bell peppers and onions on a slice of bread with some cheese is fantastic. Thank you for showing us a super easy recipe. (Personally, the shrimp fajitas are my favorites!) Yeah, we don't eat meat on Fridays during the Cuaresma... But I rarely eat red meat. Not a vegetarian, just prefer chicken or seafood.
