I love this game but I wish there was a team balancer based on levels. People with more than thousand hours group up and stomp the other team, it's not fun to be on their side or against them with level 0-50 randoms.

You better be at least 10 meters from the enemy because the bullet drop and velocity are really bad and is a 2 to 3 shot to kill
