Ya know what, i picked up the Nouvelles loaner deck for the ritual event, because i don't really have any ritual deck. And i kinda fell in love with the deck, it's not the most powerful deck ever for sure but the gimmick is really cool, and the deck can hella cook (badum tsss). Wasn't gonna farm the new selection pack buuut i might change my mind

Compared to vs it's not that bad. You can get away with any number of the field spells. 1 of the 6 star chef, 2 of each pendulum. If you have cyber angel or diviner it's nice but you can get away with impcantions just fine. So 4 to 5 ur to play the deck effectively, but a lot of Sr to compensate

Sigh... another deck that bypasses targeting because reasons. As someone who had a board of both Supreme Queen of Oblivion and Aratron on the board, I felt crushed being outed by the single gimmick that bypassed targeting despite it breaking a single card on my field at the cost of tributing their own card and replacing it with another, breaking my entire board that could seemingly protect it from just about everything my opponent could do besides tributing them and battle. yet Konami just keeps making more gimmicks that keeps bypassing previous rules because they put a new sentence on a new archetype.

Nouvellez is a super mediocre deck. There's no way you're legitimately complaining about it lol. Tributing your opponent's monsters to out them has existed for 20 years now. You're just gonna have to get used to it.

@@johnofalltrades8266 tributing my monster is one thing, tributing their monster and my monster to summon another monster from the deck is the new gimmick I only got to witness today by nouvellez, and not just one card but multiple of the archetype doing that same gimmick. But if there is anything I hated, it was kashtira banishing a single card off the board without it counting as targeting

@@lunarshadow5584kashtira banish on board (Fenrir or Ariseheart) is a targeting effect. Also Rikka and Egyptain Gods decks have been tributing opponent monsters for ages.

@@bleacher333 your a real yugioh player as you lacked reading comprehension. I f*cking know that tributing has been around since the beginning but what I'm having trouble understanding is why Konami thought it was a good f*cking idea in the first place to give an entire archetype a quick effect to tribute it's monster AND your monster onto 5 cards, only 1 of them being SR and above. (Not counting the boss monster who only tributes your monsters to summon more). It's essentially 5 kaijus the moment the first one came out and can only be stopped by negate cards to that effect, something a bit harder to do in the ritual festival As for the kashtira rant, yes it is a targeting. I am just tired because it's 1am and I mixed up my rants.
