i cant tell if the music at 16:34 was the game or no, but if it was, before it was reuploaded/taken down, instead of that eerie track it was a bunch of gunshots and yelling from radios, probably all the other officers/sheriffs around Repleh also being in firefights with the "CTF"

Here's something interesting I found out during my playthrough: If you say "That's understandable" to the first person you pull over, he'll actually talk about seeing "something in those woods" at some point, and you'll get prompted to ask what he saw. If you do, he'll talk about how it seemed like a "man in a deer suit", and that it "could've been Jenkins", your character also proceeds to say that he's heard of Jenkins before, so this Wyatt Jenkins guy apparently was already notorious for *something* that we don't know yet.

TL:DR: government kills county to classify a monster's existence I could be wrong, but if you play the other game in Sterotypical Obby, the tycoon one, (note how it's in repleh county) at the end you know **something** is breaking out, probably a monster, and because of this, the "imperian" thing mentioned on the walls, (which probably owns the CTF, which did the execution of repleh county) didn't want this monster spread to other counties, states, or even worst, other countries, and so they try to take out the monster. however, since the fire department & medical, and all that stuff is coming over to the tycoon because of the, massive fireball the tycoon became, imperian thought the best choice of action was to execute repleh county, so that this "monster" is at least classified, so there isn't a country-wide panic, which would explain why they say "repleh county or repleh county sheriffs office isn't real." one last thing i want to say is, in RCA1, before that "repleh county isn't real" thing, there was another EAS with "a group of fugitives" mentioned. those were probably the CTF trying to take out the owner, and everyone near the tycoon, to classify the monster's existence.
