Hello Baru looks amazing , your video looks great I’m looking at going in Sept doing research now. Would you be so kind to answer a few questions? 1. Price for food/drink pricing USD. 2. What room category were you staying in Superior, Deluxe etc. 3. Would you recommend? 4. How did you get from Cartagena to the Sofitel and how long was the trip? 5. Lastly does all the rooms have seaview? Your feed back would be much appreciated.

The food is very affordable. The exchange rate was like nothing we've ever experienced. Due to that, things were very inexpensive, you will be surprised, we sure were. As far as the room, the room we stayed in was the Baru Sweet Ocean View with a private terrace top floor. At the time it was $396 a night and we stayed for four nights. We took a boat/yacht provided by the hotel from Cartagena to the Sofitel, we have a video of that experience too, check it out. The boat ride is about 45 minutes. All the rooms have sea views, at least the ones above the first floor do. Sorry for the late response.

There were not a lot of mosquitoes during the time of year when we went. It may be different now. We went in January.
