I ordered the Li Ning Feidian Elite 2.0, "just for fun" to try them out. WOW!! it´s ridiculous good, fun, fast, pefect fit/lockdown, i was and i still am blown away by this shoe, And they fit my stride"bimechanics perfect, very easy on my legs even the day after a half marathon. The Vaporfly Next%2 realIy put a stress on my legs in comparison. I have sold my Metaspeeds, Vaporflys, Nitro Elites and my Rocket X. For faster sessions and races from 5k to half marathon, there is no other shoe than the Feidian Elite 2.0 i would ever use. It phenomenal. Looking forward to the The FEIDIAN 3 ULTRA that was worn to a third-place finish in the 2022 Berlin Marathon by Ethiopia’s Tadu Abate, who posted a time of 2:06:28. Compatriot Limenih Getachew was not far behind, with a 2:07:07 run wearing the same shoes. I want that shoe SO MUCH!

Does li-ning SUPERLIGHT 20 is good for 800m race ..?

Thanks for your video. I'm trying to understand what shoes I need to buy from Li Ning. Could you explain about Superlight19? What pace is appropriate for this model?

Very interesting video, had no clue about this brand for running. In the case of the challenger, does it feel good to run at slower paces (6 min km) something for fartlek or tempo runs? Often shoes that are good fast paces do not perform well at all in a mix situation. By the way how is the fit on these shoes? Do they run small, narrow? Thanks

Hey James. The challenger can be used for everything, but it is best suited for the faster paces, and it is hard not running fast in it. Some at our office enjoy it so much they would have it as their only trainer if they were restricted. It is though not the most stable shoe because of the soft heel, so some people might prefer a different shoe on those slower runs. Lars

Hoe lang ( is ook een Chinees) gaat de elite mee? Evenveel km als de Nike?

You can easily tell that guys don't know what they are talking about when they say that shoes are "good for 4:00 pace", " bad for "3:30 pace" etc. One's 4:00/km is 5k racing pace and for another one it is a casual cross.
@RunningXpert2 жыл бұрын
Hey Sergey, they are taking out of experience relative to their pace. For both Emil and Max, who both have degrees from uni in sports science, 3:30 is just about their half-marathon pace. Thus 4:00 pace is a slower pace for both. To say that they don't know what they are talking about, based on that they are speaking from their own experiences, is a stretch. Reviewing shoes are 100% subjective, and could only be based on their experience. I assure you, they do know what they are talking about. We will try to be more clear about what different paces mean to different runners in the future. Hope you are having a nice day. Lars

@@RunningXpert thanks for explanation! No doubt about the running experience of the guys, at the same time ability to send the correct message does not correlate with the half-marathon pace in my opinion. Just wish that could be more explicitly said in the video! Have a nice day!

If you had repeated the experiment a couple of times to give us just the slightest clue about level of deviation, then the results could have been interesting :)

The design on the shadow seems like it should be more popular even if it's "cheating". If not for running, put it in stuff meant as some sort of walking aid?
