Great stuff man. I love how you explain the trades and setups in great detail, context and nuance; and not just "volume was high, held this level, so I bought calls" or "the two moving averages crossed and this was a bullish harami salami pattern so we bought calls". Not only that, but they're SPY and ES trades, and not just some illiquid options chain like McDonalds or Nike, or 0DTE "lottos" for the hell of it.

Carmine, you really should start looking into pivot points with your Supply and demand strategy. It will practically help you with marking your levels and give you stronger confirmation. Most of the time when i mark my levels, its either near or on a pivot. Plus its a little shortcut for when im lazy to mark my key levels. There are certain setup and confluence with pivots where nears it hits it never fails. The older levels you marked, i just looked and they are practically right there as pivots fyi

once you nail a demo account, get a funded account. use micros. you can pretty much find one with whatever broker/platform/markets(ie cfd or emini) you want. great option if you dont have the bank to setup a brokerage account, and the you get to play with some small, real risk - and reality is, if you cant make real bank on a demo and and funded account, then you cant do it on with your real money on the line.
