I took delivery of a 2023 Cadilac XT6 on which I ordered Super Cruise. It works just as it's suppose to. I use it often. One thing you have to be aware of if the steering wheel starts to blink red take the wheel immediately and move it back and forth to stop it. If you don't you will get locked out of the system. In order to restart it you must pull over, shut off the car and restart it. This happened a couple of times to me and I've learned from that after reading the owners manual. I love Super Cruise!

Yes, it handles all the curves on the major highways in Canada. I have taken the car from Niagara Falls to Ajax across the highways and it handles it all very well. Inspiring confidence. Now again where there is construction zones, it will be disabled.

@@carswithsonduren I haven’t tried it but have heard great things. The system works best with Toyotas and Hyundai/Kia/genesis. Would love to see you review it and compare to super cruise. Only system I’ve tried is Tesla which was a comfortable drive on highways. I’m in search of a new car and self driving tech is very important to me.

@@carswithsonduren That's still good and better than most self driving systems but Tesla's Full Self Driving Beta just does it on its own while following a route on the GPS. I do hope that they get rid of the steering wheel nag soon though. It's annoying and more dangerous with it than without it. It distracts attention from the road to the screen and you're at risk of accidentally deactivating FSD by trying to satisfy the nag. Nothing would be more dangerous than thinking that the car is still driving itself when it isn't.

Disadvantage seems to be, can't text while driving. In my Tesla, I can text while driving on open highways especially if willing to put a weight on the steering wheel. Cadillac doesn't let you look down at the phone. Tesla surfs the internet too. Super cruise would freak if you used the internal screen too long
