A caller used to call in, start discussing whatever the topic was and get Tom interested and then scream "You've been James'd" and hang up. Similar to the caller who calls into the show now claiming to have 'E-cigs for legs' and hang up.

I'm surprised what a rich topic this turned out to be. Brilliant. And unless I dozed off, did anybody mention that Stills failed to land the Monkees tv gig because of bad teeth? I don't know if that is a vote pro or con, though.

Stills got off way too easy, in my opinion. But imagine what the Monkees would have sounded like when Neil Young inevitably joined.

Crosby was a folkie who jumped into rock n' roll for fame and fortune. He never really appreciated it as a musical form...hence his dislike for Crazy Horse, or any good rock n roll that has happened since the 60s.
