The BEST Sims 4 Mod for Transgender Sims

I think the hormone option is hidden for Jay because the devs originally put them as having a feminine frame, therefore the game programming sees them as female, even though they can get other Sims pregnant and pee while standing. Lumpinou's mod looks at the Sim's original gendered frame when deciding on what hormones they can be offered. Since you had them go from non-binary to female, the mod couldn't offer MtF hormone therapy because as far as it can tell, Jay is already female (even though they're not). It's a weird occurrence and won't happen in the vast majority of cases (hopefully).

I'm genderfluid and i love that they've assigned slots for different gender expressions! I do that when i make genderqueer characters in the sim already without the mod -- having it connected with pronouns and moods is so good! I'm getting this mod immediately

0:50 - Meanwhile, I'm like "You are all gay." 🤣 I'm not sure why I don't have this mod in my game? It looks great! Lumpinou's mods are so very detailed. I think what's kept me away is that it seems like a lot and I'm still working through the Relationships & Pregnancy overhaul. I gotta learn one mod at a time lol.

That's exactly why I've never played with MCCC, it takes time to figure out mods like these for sure. I had to play around with the Gender and Sexuality mod settings mostly for whether or not they accept advances outside of their orientation and also changing the % chance for orientations besides straight, since I still like most of my sims to be bi. But I'm sure there's features I haven't discovered yet since it's so robust

It's so detailed there's features I've only read about and not had time to use too. For the first couple of months of having it I pretty much only used the "ask pronouns" feature because everything else was overwhelming for me lol
