You can also setup to use a controller, which is what I do. Both options so much better than using the keyboard.

You use radio with "R", you can also import your music(so you don't get copy righted) and you can buy your truck and upgrade it and tune it but you'll need to do lot of work to get enough money.. Like so Josh can see !

Josh, you even have the truckersmp multiplayer mod, where people all around the world drive around in the server and other (AI) traffic is disabled. you should try! it makes it more fun

Hey Josh When reversing with a trailer it is the opposite. So if you need the trailer to go left you need to steer right and visa versa. Or an easy trick IRL not sure if it works in game but just turn the steering wheel to the mirror in which you need the trailer to go into. Hope this helps for future videos/streams!

The company that makes Euro Truck Simulator 2 also makes American Truck Simulator. Both have multiplayer mods that you can download and play with the sidemen , If you are thinking about bringing simulator games to the channel, maybe playing some multiplayer on these games would be more enjoyable :D

It would be fun to see you download truckersmp which allows you to play online in huge servers with real players. There is also a setting to choose whether or not you receive fines for speeding or not [ and ] are to indicate You can also set cruise control which is useful, it maintains your speed until you take over again by breaking or speeding up. The radio is real time is close to so its best to avoid it since the music will 100% be copyright (except there are a few made up for the game, idk if they are also copyright as I haven’t listened to those).

I used to play this game a lot. I kind of miss it. If you like simulators, you should try out the Car Mechanic Simulators (either 2015 or 2018), PC Building Simulator, and maybe give Viscera Cleanup Detail another chance. I'd also like to recommend The Talos Principle if you like puzzle games. :)

Upvote this so Josh can see, go into the pause menu and look at the controls, some of them you'll want to learn quickly, like lights, horns etc. Also you can tune into real radio stations in the map menu, or you can import your own music into a folder, to listen to ingame.

josh, there is so much to explore and discover about this game, i could tell you rn but it would take too long, but one thing you should do is install TrucersMP, it's multiplayer for ets2 and you can play with tobi or other people

Josh I know this may be a stretch but I would love to see you play train simulator, as you're on this simulator spree it is one of the biggest out there in terms of content and dlc. If you see this comment, which would be great, do consider it but ultimately its up to you. Really enjoyed this video too :)

Hey josh you should play this game more and you can have indicators and you can tune in to an actual radio stations, you should go through the settings and look at the buttons!

Go play around in settings you can make the car more stable, put off speed limiter etc. Trucks use pneumatic brakes which are slower than hydraulics so let go off the brake earlier so you wont come to a halt. Get a volvo, they're the most powerful trucks so accelerating from a stop to 50 doesn't take 30 secs.

I suggest making this a series even though this game came out 6 years ago, it is still very entertaining. If you do plan to play this game more often I would suggest investing in a steering wheel. It makes the game much more immersive.

Tbh steering is pretty hard with keyboard on this game. Because you can’t controll the turning speed for your wheel. Irl we can turn really quickly for slow speed turns/sharp turn

I think the first one had a radio, so I'd assume you have one here. Might do to Google it xD I would love for you to do a whole series on this. Is it not controller compatible? btw josh, id say either mouse control, steering wheel, or controller is a much easier way of driving... also make sure to take corners wide, moreover please edit your key mappings so its easier to control stuff like indicators ect

A steering wheel makes this game a LOT more enjoyable. The game also gets really fun once you get your own truck and start getting more trucks and people working for you (although the AI isn't nearly as good as you can be at making money, they still help and still bring in more money).

Once you get your own truck the game gets even better so you should take out a loan and buy one when you can and btw TruckersMP is the multiplayer mod for this game
