The Best Sketchbooks for Markers? // Trying out Ohuhu Bleedproof Double Sided Marker Pad

Hi everyone ⛅️
Ohuhu just released new marker pads that are 100% bleedproof! I have tried using paper with many test methods such as blending colors or overlapping multiple layers of color, but the ink still does not bleed onto the back of the paper at all! This is amazing because now we will be able to use both sides of the paper 😆
But like any new paper, there are some things to get used to, like how the pigment of the markers has to dry for 10-15 seconds to get the full effect. But it’s totally worth it to have a sketchbook that not only doesn’t bleed, but is also double sided, innovative, and environmentally friendly!! You have solidified the decision for me to get ohuhu markers instead of copics the next time I want to add to my collection. I just started using markers again along with my digital art, and this helped me to see how well ohuhu look. Beautiful drawing as always Meeco ❤Also a side note, I do not listen to alot of BTS but I am pretty sure I was hearing "Fake Love" in the music, and I love it 🤗

Yeah, no thanks. colors look as streaky on this paper as it does on their other marker papers. I was hoping this time they would actually deliver. Not sure if it's the paper again this time, or if their markers simply suck. But I have used cheap alcohol markers on proper marker paper and never had such streaky results. So it must be the paper. Which shows again: the paper is what counts most. I have made the same experiences with watercolor. Even the cheapest paint can look amazing, when using the right paper. So yet another disappointment from Ohuhu. I'll stick with the double-sided Rendr marker sketchbook. They were clearly trying to copy it with this product. Guess they failed. Your art is as lovely as always, btw.

That's right, I don't think it's because of the markers, because Ohuhu's markers are very good for me. Their paper really needs a few more layers of color to keep it from streaking, but it's cheaper for me. I think I should try other types of paper if I have the chance.
