*CLEAR SKIN* 1. Wash your face twice a day. 2. Use a mild cleanser. 3. Apply an acne-fighting agent. ( skip it if you're allergic to it. ) 4. Apply a moisturizer. 5. Exfoliate. For chemical exfoliants, like masks or lotions, aim for once or twice a week. For physical exfoliants, like scrubs or brushes, aim for three or four times a week. 6. Get plenty of sleep. 7. Choose makeup that won't clog your pores. 8. Don't pick at your skin. ( It’s really, really hard not to pick at a zit. But, for the health of your skin, it’s important to resist. Picking or popping a zit exposes the pore to even more bacteria, including those from your hands. It also increases the risk of infection or scarring. If you have a pimple that really hurts, see a dermatologist. They can perform specialized treatments to safely get rid of the pimple while also minimizing the risk of infection. ) 9. Go easy on the sugar. 10. Don't smoke... 11. not last but least, REALX!^^ _BONUS:_ When it comes to clear skin, pay attention to what you put on your face like cleansers, moisturizers, makeup, and what you don’t like unwanted bacteria from your fingers or dirty brushes and sponges. Focusing on certain lifestyle factors, like quality sleep, a healthy diet, and stress management, can make a difference to your skin too. If you’ve tried several types of treatments for your acne and nothing works, make an appointment with a dermatologist. They may prescribe treatments like antibiotics or prescription medications to help clear your skin. GOOD LUCK :)) 비디오는 스킨 케어 초보자에게 좋습니다. 잘 배웠습니다~🤍

@@elvenleaf5589 I still have mine after 15 years. Its taken me so long to find what works for me and not just hold onto the hype of different products. Definitely wish I put more emphasis on sleep/exercise/diet from early on, those definitely make the biggest difference to prevention. Products that worked for me are tea tree for cystic acne, the Innisfree Bija cream as a spot treatment to reduce inflammation and calm down spots immediately, Innisfree cica cream to heal and resolve it after its gone down and to remove redness as well as green tea/vita c for hyperpigmentation. Thanks again Soo for these videos, now that most of my skin has calmed down, looking into products to help blackheads and whiteheads that work is next on my list. Love all that you do @soobeauty

I dealt with hormonal acne and got fed up, especially because of the pain and scarring. I took accutane for 6 months and it was the best decision of my life! My skin is smooth, oil free and no acne since 2 years! i also tried skin care and topical medicine but man, accutane is a game changer.

@@tze91for me it was at around 2 months in when i really felt the drug was working and everything started to heal! I started in November and i felt my skin was stabilized at around early January! I guess it really depends on how high your dosage is and how the condition of your skin was beforehand. My acne was stubborn and i had a lot of oil, but i wouldn't consider myself a hefty case. It was bad but not severe. How is your acne? Whats your diagnosis? I had Acne Vulgaris and Acne Papulosa if i remember correctly. Also too much oil and upper skin layer hardening too fast. After accutane i still have to make sure i exfoliate my skin regularly with Azelaic Acid or AHA/BHAs. But if i exfoliate well 2x a week/use retinols, i have 0 complains! x

I used to have so much acne too but it was not as serious as Soo Beauty. But my face looks better now, and I only get 1-2 pimples during my period or when I am very stressed. What I found that helped me was always washing my hands and face clean before applying any skincare product. I also stopped drying my face with a cloth and use cotton pads instead.

COSRX's AHA 7 is my first chemical exfoliation product and it is amazeballs! I don't feel dead skin cells piling up fast but I've noticed that using once a week makes the effect more prominent rather than using it more often. My face looks like a disco ball every morning after exfoliation. It glows as if I've gone through a glass skin procedure. It's a bit strong but any calming moisturizer with Centella or ceramides will soothe down the redness right away.

yes! benton bha toner & snail essence saved my skin in 2017. they healed and made my skin better, literally everyone asked what did i use because my face cleared up noticeably fast and looked softer too! the toner and the essence paired up nicely hehe and the greatest thing is that they made my skin "normal" and not so sensitive anymore, because when i finished two bottles of them i could try other skincare products and brands without purging or breaking out unreasonably. so now i can freely trying out many skincare and have no fear of acne anymore because benton is on my healing-skincare routine🥰

@@ineedcoolshoes922 For me changing my diet hasn't helped because my diet is pretty good anyway, but yeah try cutting out diary for a while and seeing if that makes a difference. If you're already using skincare products, make sure you keep an eye out to see which ones are causing you breakouts, sometimes you may just be purging so wait a few weeks before deciding to throw out a product. Also try drinking matcha that may help with your breakouts, you can buy matcha powder from amazon! Products - (I'm just listing a few skincare products but feel free to research to see what will work best for your skin type etc) ------------- The ordinary Retinol in squalane - (start with 0.2% then you could go up to 0.5%) Numbuzin toner No.3 - I got it from yesstyle on sale for £13. Bio oil - for scarring Paulas choice Salicylic acid - this has helped me to reduce the breakouts especially when wearing a mask. The inkey list tranexamic acid- can be used with retinol or Vitamin c. SomebyMi - Yuja Niacin 30 days Blemish care Serum MediFlower Mugwort ampoule - (bought from Yesstyle) and is very calming for the skin, will really help your skin when its getting crazy. Pimple patches - Can buy the cosrx pimple patches or you can buy like 216/252 for £10. Deffo worth buying these... they'll help a lot! SPF - SOOOO IMPORTANT MAKE SURE YOU BUY SPF AND WEAR IT! (I just bought the 'Farm Stay UV shield sun block cream' from Yesstyle, so can't wait to try it!) Hope this helps!! 🥰
