Pretty sure my feet left the pedals by like 3cm but my buddies all said it was the coolest trick ever so, there you go.

I don't know if any sport has progressed as much as MTB Slopestyle in the last decade. Emil has taken this sport to an unbelievably high level. To the point where you can't imagine it going much higher unless new, more complicated tricks or bigger combos are added. His combination of speed, style, and insane difficulty are unmatched in the sport for the last 3 years. So much of slopestyles progression is thanks to Brandon. Where will it go next?

trueee, fucking judges, 2011 cam zink and anthony messere did a way better run than semenuk, 2013 martin sodastron also dida better one, what about rotorua, nicholi should have won in 2016, and rampage, 2015kelly did a massive backflip and also 2016 anthony bizet did a double backflip! its so unfair some riders risking their lives to win a stupid contest which they deserve to win but then they give a higher score to brandon

There are loads of comments about Emil's run in Rotorua 2020 being better than this one, I completely agree with this. However, slopestyle mtb is evolving every year like any other sport. Therefore, Brandon's run at that time was something absolutely unreal. I believe that you can't compare two runs from different years and times. Both Emil and Brandon's runs are absolutely mind blowing.

It all has to do with the execution of the trick. Like the difference between a whopper and a regular tailwhip. This can be considered either, but if we want to get technical it was a 360 downside tailwhip.

I did at summer gravity camp in 2008 and 9. He only coached for like half the day and the rest he pretty much did his own riding and hit the air dome with the rest of us. I also met him on various other occasions :)
