Made this for lunch since you video came out when I was in the store. My wife asked where I got the burger from. I said I made it. She replied was it frozen or pre-made. I said, I made it, not frozen, not pre-made. Just some good ingredients and better cooking skills. Thanks for making my home a better place to live. Happy wife, happy home.

Chef, I love how you teach to make your sauce and prep your condiments 1st! I really love meat prep and the addition of spices & bacon! Why did you want to get your meat balls cold before cooking? Thanks!

I like to use a sandwich-sized toasted English muffin, as I find a regular toasted hamburger bun becomes soggy.

If you go to a Jewish deli here in the suburbs of Detroit they have 2 different types of pickles. A new pickle is one that is maybe a week or two in the barrel and the other one has been in the brine much longer. They are kind of like a dill pickle but with a different taste. It’s hard to describe but if you had one they are fantastic. I was looking to see if the chef had that recipe for that kind of brine or something similar.

You lost me at American cheese. It's just about my least favorite. Only one thing worse is Velveeta. My favorite cheese for burgers is Havarti.
