Gina, I love fried potatoes 🥔 yummy 😋. My aunt showed me how to peel potatoes 🥔 and she told me the same thing, peel close to the skin and not the potatoes too. And she be right there watching me, and I be nervous . Now I don’t know how to smoother them. This is new to me. Gina that look very very delicious 😋. Thank you, must try this. Amen.
