Love this colorway and amazing review. Got the white ones as soon as they came out. I went a 1/2 size down just like the neos and the fit is exceptional. Only minor foot cramping in my first training session and after break in they are the greatest speed boot of all time. Might end up getting these blues ones too cause they look so good in your video.

Great review ONCE AGAIN! :) quick question! I wear 7.5 in all my cleats because I like having a tight fit with no wiggle room… I like having my toe right at the top of the cleat with barely any space. Would you still recommend sizing down to a 7 then?!

I've bought one of these and I loved a lot and it's just perfect for my (wide) feet. But i don't see anyone playing with these boots. Some players use Mizuno Neo and others the Morelia 2 but, at least in leagues i watch, i cannot find anyone using it. Just for curiosity, because they are perfect to me: there is any limitations for professinal players? Sorry for the bad english

Class mate! I'm glad they fit you well! That's a tough one - I know a lot of people in the US markets who like them, but I haven't seen them either at the top top level. Most likely it's because Mizuno's marketing budget is SUPER small compared to the other brands, so they can't get their boots on pro's feet

Maybe try a boot stretcher to see if you can modify shape and make them match worthy? My son has the new mercs, and has wide feet...after 15-20hrs of break-in, he said they were still killing his feet. I widened with amazon boot stretcher and he said problem solved, first attempt!

Thank you for your honest review. By the way, if you have wide feet like me and love Mizuno, you must try Mizuno Morelia II Made In Japan. If I can have only one pair of boots for rest of my life, Morelia II MIJ would be the one. I wish I would have known it much earlier. That would have changed my life. In details, both Morelia Neo III and Mizuno Alpha have the identical shoe last during their manufacturing processes (so they could fit similar ways), however, Morelia II Made in Japan has different shoe last from above-mentioned models. Mizuno had been manufacturing them 37 years or so, and perfecting Morelia II series over years. Balls can be stopped beautifully with these shoes like no other. So these is a possibility that you may have one better pair of shoes out there if you haven’t tried them yet. For me, Morelia II fits better than Morelia Neo III, which are considered as speed boots and traditionally these shoe lasts are made for narrower feet in Mizuno (but they are wider than Nike etc). They updated the shoe lasts in 2020 for Neo series…. I better stop here. My take home message for younger players is that please do not afraid to try Mizuno MIJ shoes. Good fitted shoes may prevent unnecessary injuries as well.

That's super tough, both are EXCELLENT. I'd say go with the Battle Pack F50 because they're more rare - these Mizunos will be available when you run through the F50s, whereas if you got the Mizunos now, there's no guarantee you'd find those remakes in your size 🧠

Finally got a pair of Alpha Elites and they feel amazing! Have to replace them with a 1/2 size smaller though but that's the struggle if you can't try them on before buying. The upper is surprisingly soft even out of the box, imagine it will wear in really nicely and the lockdown... you can feel it immediately too. This to me feels even a tiny bit longer than Neo 3 Beta.

they look like great boots, mizuno missed the mark tough on the price. here they cost 320 euros!! and i rarely see mizuno's on sale. (i personaly have not tried them) but with an upper that thin and a boot that light they had to make sacrefices for durability. brands like nike and addidas have top options for 200 euros (on sale). here is a question, are these boots anything like the addidas speedflows beceause they have a similar concept with the thin upper. and i loved the speedflows.

It depends where you live mate, in Japan they're far cheaper than in the US or in the EU. For non-Japanese consumers though, they are quite expensive. Remains to be seen whether they deserve the price tag! I wouldn't be so sure on the lack of durability mate, MIJ models tend to be excellent in that regard. They do seem similar to the Speedflows, but better build quality and more purpose-built materials in my opinion 🤝

Of course mate! It's a high performance synthetic boot, so it's going to fit tight out of the box no matter who you are. I'd say taking out the insole does more damage than good, but that's a personal preference 🔥

That remains to be seen! I don't think I got the right size in the Morelia Neo 3 Beta, so that may have affected my impressions of that boot. These feel pretty tight still even though they do feel like they'd stretch to my feet

There’s no leather on these mate, so my guess is the made in Vietnam/Indonesia would just be a less-premium synthetic weave 🤝

@@alexanderlow1670 I have the Elites. They’re excellent. Better than the Vapor Elite and Speedportal.1 for me. The upper is 0.7mm thicker than the MIJ, and the soleplate board isn’t KaRVO, it’s the same as the one used on the Neo III
