For Beef Steak Pie
400 g lean steak
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
thyme
Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Beef stock
Salt n pepper
for Pastry
200 g plain flour
100 g butter( cold )
salt
cold water enough to form a dough
Allow your pastry to rest in the fridge before rolling
1 beaten egg for brushing on sides and top.
bake at 150 c for 30 - 40 mins
