The thumbstick got stuck because you've pulled it upwards, that way it sticks out of the joystick and gets stuck, this happens on any controller, not a problem just push it back in.

I have the transparent LE that I’ve been using for a year &the plastic is still textured & not smoothed out. I think LEs just have more texture on the plastic out of the box

Watch out for those cracks on the bottom coming from the middle two screws on the transparent LE. Mine has already cracked too, and I haven't opened it, nor dropped/knicked or even traveled with it. Apparently a large issue with QC for that area on the transparent LE. Only fix is RMA back to Valve, but I don't want to risk sending in my Deck and getting back a completely different or even non-LE variant as it's a 3rd party doing the back shell replacement.

Great video! in regards to the joystick getting stuck I think that's because you pulled on it while lifting it out the case at 4:06.This can happen (happens to some regular controllers too) if you pull on the joy stick as it can sometimes push up against the frame and stick

My fear has been fueled now, I'm going to be camping outside. I saw the white is no longer available on their website anymore, and even though I secured mine on November 23rd it's not due until Monday (due to thanksgiving) It's being shipped through UPS who I don't trust anyways, and literally this last month we have been receiving several of the neighbors packages because the different postman can't be bothered to deliver across the street, and I literally caught two delivers try to not bring over my packages, and if I hadn't been tracking them they would not have attempted. On top of those concerns, it's like the worst time of year for buying stuff in my opinion. It was a lot of money so I'm so nervous, especially since it's now sold out I think and was searching around to see what the shipping box looked like...such an awful packaging idea, to me, no one needs to know what's inside, they did not think that through or they simply don't care.

I decided not to get it because I'm a dirty boy and because I take my steam deck to work every day in my backpack. It's just going to get really dirty, specially the case after a short while. If you don't have one I recommend the OLED with 512GB. Then just upgrade the SSD to 1T and sell the other one. Cheaper that way. The glass effect you can achieve with a screen protector.

I really like this but I don't care for the white and grey . I wish they would've did white and the black joy sticks/buttons. White and grey is just an odd mix . hard to match with cases n stuff.

Black does look better . People always jump on things when it says limited edition but the white looks cheap . The black looks way nicer .

Not always in the USA. In fact; I can't remember the last time I signed for a delivery. Even the expensive stuff I've ordered gets dropped off on my front porch by FedEx or UPS. If a package is small enough my USPS mailman will attempt to put it in my mailbox, otherwise on the porch it goes too.

I'm still ok with the steam deck lcd I'm not worried about the white steam deck it look ok and all but it will get dirty fast I'm good I'm not spending 699 on a new steam deck no time soon I own the steam deck when it first came out I made sure to buy it had my every since and if valve just fix the issue with the unsupported games on steam that would be better than a new white steam deck that just going to get dirty mad quick smh

The OLED and original aren't the same lol . The battery and screen are larger, OLED vs led, tighter thumsticks, the chip is 6nm instead of 7nm so more efficient, higher clocked ram 6400mhz vs 5400mhz, 90hz refresh rate vs 60hz, wifi 6e and bt 5.3 vs wifi 5 and bt 5. It all adds up to be a big upgrade over the original .
