You are so right I used Definition Braid hair several years ago and I loved it! The hair was slightly more than the other braiding hair at the time. I was getting my hair braided in Harlem. After a while, I stopped seeing it in Harlem on 125 St. They said people weren't willing to purchase the hair because of the price back then. But it wasn't much more and the quality of the hair so worth it. And the softest hair ever. I couldn't believe it. I still have one pack left after all these years hoping to find Definition Braid hair again. I'ma new subscriber. Your content is exciting and fun to watch.

I use to use this long time ago for my straight crochet installs. I would buy like 10 packs at a time bc for some reason the BSS would always discontinue it when it ran out bc they said no one buys it. I may have to run this style back!

I purchased the book early last year. Lots of good tips. Been waiting on the bs technique to be released. I do agree that practice makes perfect. I am learning to do my own head only. I ain't there yet. I don't wanna talk about it.. I don't wanna talk about it. LOL. This hair is indeed hard to find and it was $9.99 in my local store. The texture is very nice. Do you shape/cut the hair once in? I was looking like a lioness once I put it in. I know my technique wasn't that great and I also did not tease it. Now that I see the video on teasing, I'll watch it and try again one day soon.

Girl look this is my favorite hair . It’s great the versatility, the feel even when you wash and blow dry it bounces right back . Love Love it but it’s hard to find on line these days at a cheap price It acts like natural “real” hair I’ve curled it with hot rollers , wrapped on a scarf, for a no heat curl,braided it and hot water dipped it for a braid out turned around and blow dryer it back straight and it looked great

Since the roots of the crochet hair is teased, does it tangle/mat after washing and curling over the course of 6-8 weeks? Is it just cut out of the clients hair using scissors? Also, how is it washed while it’s in the head? I would assume that it would need to be air dried vs blow dried?Thank you. You’re very talented.

It tangles just the way any other hair tangles in my experience. The teased roots don’t get combed/brushed out tho; that would defeat the purpose of teasing. It’s cut out with scissors and removed and washed normally, but with specific focus on the scalp. It can be blow dried on low heat but it’s not truly necessary since it’s not human hair and doesn’t absorb moisture. It’s an acrylic fiber which repels water, so it air dries quickly. It’s your human hair underneath that needs to be blow dried to avoid mildew and mold. Thanks for stopping by☺️🔌♥️
