I really like the specificity of these movements to rowing! What stood out to me right away was your tempo on your RDLs looked very similar to a rowing pace to my indoor rowing only perception! :) Also great showing the flexibility that just a barbell and some plates brings to training!

On the RDL, I recommend not flexing your neck. It’s best to not use s mirror.
