Interesting video. Main reason I want to open an LLC is to receive payments through stripe, possibly from a shopify store. Having said this, which state do you recommend me the most? and does firebase explain how to file fo tax payments in the US if you have never done that before?

If you're not going to go public, and you're interested in attracting investors, I recommend you file your company (LLC) in Wyoming, it's simpler.
