Have you tried Texas Land and Cattle? I have eaten there in Austin and Albuquerque but it has been some years ago. I do not think that Longhorn is any better than Outback, Logan's, or Texas Roadhouse.

instead of using butter to coat, use Crisco and flour, more even coating. Nix that spray stuff, who knows what in it, ha

You could just pay attention and when the parchment paper roll is getting low buy another... even if you aren't going to use it right away its not going to spoil or go bad if it sits in a drawer or cupboard for a little while.
