Hey this is Cranemouth~😂 what is the best way to put skill buttons on abxy or the arrow key?! Still figuring most comfortable way no to memorize and notice the skill when to press. Sorry for my bad english

Easy way is to drag them from your spellbook straight to the button like a normal action bar. Try shift click if it doesn't let you drag it. Why using flagellation when you already cap over 100% masterie when you use tea ?

Mastery is not hitting 100 nor is it capped, I don't know who told you that thistle tea caps mastery? Plus, flagellation does passive bonus damage to all your finishers while its up. Trust me, Flagellation is huge.
