To whom it may concern: The only option left to uplift DHA Multan project and make it viable, feasible, profitable and attractive for overseas Pakistanis is to immediate announcement of Southern Punjab province. It might be Presidential ordinance by Zardari sb with the blessings of all stakeholders.

Demographics of Multan is not so strong and much as Karachi , Lahore and Islamabad Rawalpindi. No logic of 11 thousand acre size project in a city like Multan.

I purchased in x sector 95+11lakh D/CHARGE now it's market value decreased upto 60 lakh....ch shb suggestions is Walid Kuch to compensation dain to alloties ko .

Market was already disturbed badly due to multiple factots e.g economics of country, implementation of 7e tax and huge inventory of dha Multan.And new pd of dha imposed cancellation of plots on D.C issue .its really causing panic in dha ..People are selling plots and getting rid from there valued property in cheap.

ریٹ جب تک ان لیول پر نہیں آئیں گے جہاں سے شروع ہوئے تھے آبادی نہیں ہو سکتی ۔ ابھی بھی ریٹ بہت زیادہ ہیں۔ سٹہ بازی کی وجہ سے جو ریٹ اوپر گئے تھے وہ ناجائز تھے

I observed Dham hiding with the public to declare objectives for the years to come !. Realtors like big groups must raise their voice to declare objectives for the year & next year 2025.If doesn't raise ,market will more crash. Actually I am a 3rd party qualified auditor & can analyse customers'complaints at any level. Real estate agents must do productive responsibilities rather than typical vlogs.
