Yummy! What a cute idea to make a sweet and salty pretzel layer👍, You're right about it making a lot, though I'd probably eat that much for myself as a breakfast😊. The 8 ounce canning jars would probably be the right amount for a dessert. Or glass mugs even if you don't have parfait glasses. I used glass mugs for many things over the years. For those who have made the traditional strawberry pretzel salad (I've eaten it but not made one myself), do the pretzels stay crunchy after a couple days, or no?

No, because with the strawberry pretzel dessert, the pretzels and melted butter are pressed into a pan and baked. Makes a firm crust. This dessert is fine to eat probably within a day.😊
