According to the patch notes they are aware that Spirit Ball isn't working as intended. It looks like it's suppose to do follow up attacks even if it misses. Though whether or not that's enough to make the move "not shit" is debatable. "There is an error where if the Ki Blast launched from the Spirit Ball Transphere Super Attack does not hit the Raider, subsequent attacks do not activate." ~according to Patch Notes as of 2/29

I feel like this super has the same issue as Emperor's Death Beam, where it does good enough damage, but the problem is that all of it is in separate bursts, and that having any miss basically ruins the DPS output. Also they both suffer from startting/end lag, so that sucks.

In xenoverse 1 spirit ball was broken in a good way, underwhelming in xenoverse 2 and sucks in breakers. If they fixed it's tracking and made it hit the raider once it connects it would be different but Ive seen it miss after making the initial contact
