Flash…. is not a toned down Deadpool Barry Allen and Wally West ( the funny Flash you are talking about), existed way before Deadpool. And with Jackman, the emphasis is on the first syllable, not the second.

The best superheroes are hands down Superman, Batman, and Spider-Man. They are the big three they are the most iconic. People may hate them and call them overrated but that doesn't change anything. They are still the greatest superheroes of all time and the most influential.

Great list- I’ll have to check out Incincible. Also I think while Hugh Jackman def added to Wolverine. Wolverine carton can stand on his own. And John Stewart Green Lantern is prime.

Spiderman. He's poor, screwed up life, has lots of family problems, used to be a loser, but is still funny, kind and caring. He's the everyman superhero.
