I’ve been to all those water holes, lots of times, including the swimming holes in the George Washington national forest, awesome video. Thank you for sharing.

Also would I start at hawksbill gap?
@NefariaAdventures Жыл бұрын
You could, but I think White Oak Canyon would be shorter and easier. We took the route from Hawksbill and it was steep. I believe White Oak Canyon has more parking as well.

what are the exact locations of the deep water hole and the water slide? I’m going on a trip there with my friend next week and I’m lowkey stressing😭 I’ve read abt these places but never knew how to exactly get there

So the swimming hole is just up the trail from White Oak Canyon (I think you can park there) and the water slide is half a mile NW of the swimming hole, uphill/up the trail. Here is the location on Google maps: maps.app.goo.gl/kkakwjvTjwpyh43x5?g_st=ic

You can park at the white oak canyon trailhead. You have to pay to enter the park. If you do the loop, you’ll finish coming down to the slides and pools. If you just want to go to the pools and slide, take the first left after you enter the forest from the lot. But, the pools are much more reward f after doing the loop! Just keep in mind, this is a hard trail.

How much are the tickets to get to this place please?
@NefariaAdventures Жыл бұрын
@@linonations you just have to have a National Park pass, which is $100 and good at any national park within the US. If you have a certified disability or are a veteran, you can get a pass for free at the National park entrance.

cynical of you to assume they were lurking to steal your go pro. Somebody comes to hike so far looking for opportunity to steal?

Um, yes, people do all the time. Have you ever been to a trailhead? People smash car windows to break in all the time. Do you go out much?

@youtubekt you sound like the type of person who leaves their car unlocked all the time and then is *shocked* when it’s broken into.
