Birrieria Los Paisas is one of my favorite tacos' spots. Gran Pastor is only open in the evenings. it's a great hangout for people who are bar hopping and are looking for Great tacos. So, you had me worried when you said it was no longer there. Standing on the sidewalk was always fun socializing with other patrons while you enjoyed the tacos. it added to the experience. Standing or sitting, "dos tripas por favor". We spend 2 months there every year in Feb. and march. hope to see you there this coming year. love watching your videos about Los Cabos and Baja California Sur.

We hardly ever make it to Gran Pastor because we rarely go out late - that's partly why we were so bummed when we thought it was closed forever! It's been years since we had it and it's just as good as always! The tables are nice, but they still have a huge collection of stools to sit out on the sidewalk 🤣. If I could eat Birriria Los Paisas everyday, I totally would! Hopefully we'll see you around town this coming winter!

We haven't done anything touristy like that in a while, but since it was a family trip, we went along with everyone. It was fun to be on the water, but, yeah, it's a once every ten years kinda thing!

It’s good that you guys explore places like this , it bothers me each time my friend goes to Mexico with his wife they just stay in the resort and don’t do no exploring that’s a waste of vacation let alone traveling out of the country .i applaud both of you 👏👏👏

Great information, thank you for sharing. We are going to Cabo in April 2024,, first time, and have booked a Fajita's dinner cruise with booze of course, was that by chance the dinner cruise you went on, and if so, is it worth going? Thank you again for your video, very awesome!!! 😃👍

That is what our cruise was, it could vw the same one but there are several different tour companies with boats that do very similar dinner booze cruises. It's fun to go out and see the arch, but don't expect great food or high end liquor!

These are all walkable from the Marina or Medano Beach with the exception of Tacos Norteno. Our favorite spot is Tacos May (tacos guisados), with Taqueria El Paisa (AL pastor), being in a close second and these two spots are only about a 5 minute walk from each other! Another favorite spot that we didn't mention in this video is Tacos Gardenia - which has fish and shrimp Tacos. Between those three spots, you'll get an awesome variety of tacos!

I don't think we've ever gone in July. I think the earliest we've been down is the first week of October and it was still pretty hot. I think July is the hottest month but it's on a couple degrees hotter than October....it just doesn't cool down as much at night so I'd make sure to have some air conditioning.

Bad things can happen anywhere but we definitely feel much safer in Baja that we do in most U.S. cities. We've spent over a year down there over the past 12 years or so and have had a great time.
