They add CITRIC acid which is also called as taste enhancer just like MSG, I saw with my eyes just 1month back.i was regular ther fir 10yrs when I was working KRM. Really hotspot for biryani lovers..I bet u can't eat 2plate r even 1.5 plate as they add taste enhancer nnv feel full...Ness... Open making that's what their speciality.. n nobody noticed this enhancer adding, as they may think it's salt..as they use rock salt too

This is not ambur biryani at all don't miss lead n confuse urself and people it's Chennai style biryani, ambur style they use kashmiri chilli paste not powder n jeera sambar rice n kasturi methi is not used n extra masala is also not used n also food colour is definitely not used
