One of the biggest selling points for me about Panama as someone running a USA business is that it is in the eastern time zone and it is easy access flight to Florida and east coast.

@Spikey Scenes if you coming into south Florida the cheapest way to go is spirit. Many don't like it but it gets you where you going cheap. If you want a good premium experience Panama’s Copa Air provided quality service. Copa I think flies into Miami and Spirit Fort Lauderdale. If you want beach plenty of good options in Miami Fontainbleu my recommend and many in Fort Lauderdale. If you want gambling Hard Rock in Hollywood way to go. If you doing Orlando and Disney any of the good resorts will be good.

My 2 cents: a. Just because country A has a slightly lower tax rate than country B doesn't mean it's better. You also have to look at what your tax money gives you in services from govt like infrastructure, rule of law, etc. b. I like the addition of Puerto Rico in there because I am hesitant to move to a country that doesn't speak English. Stop typing, I speak 4 languages, but only 2 of them have any value (English and German) the rest are only spoken in 2 countries. So I have no interest in learning a fifth language just to save on taxes. Thanks!

IMO Portugal gives a better ROI, since you can get a citizenship on top of the tax savings. But careful: the NHR regime is tricky and not every kind of foreign income can be exempted, since they depend on DTAs.

I have done some investigation on Malaysia, and actually visited and loved the country. However, the only way I found to live there long term is to buy into their program which enables one to buy a home, at a preset minimum price and above. The biggest negative I found was the visa one gets is good for 10 years. No one know what will happen in SE Asia as time goes by. Malaysia is having political problems at this time and conservative Muslims took over last time I checked. I wonder how all the expats are living there. One KZbinr I questioned on this matter said he leaves in the required time allotted, stays away for a day or two and flies back in. Is this the only other option open to expats for long stay in Malaysia. Is this the only long stay strategy for an expat that does not opt for the one home etc visa option.

This was only the 3rd vid I've watched since stumbling on the1st where you promote the comprehensive team approach to assisting high value crypto investors. Interesting that 2 / 5 countries you mentioned are ones I thought of as well....Portugal & Malaysia. I've friends who've lived in Portugal. They love the weather, people & food. I've volunteered in Thailand a number of times since their tragedy Xmas '04 (?). So I'm pretty sure I won't like Malaysia's weather but after watching a number of vids I think I can get used to their food & people really fast. My crypto investments are expected to do rather well by the end of '21, ditto for my IRA, I own my home / vehicle, am single, reasonably good health and will be 70 soon. My plan so far, with little research, is to move / live in Portugal & take frequent trips to Malaysia during the year. Enjoy your vids so far Andrew......stay safe......wish me luck.
