Clash of Clans has undergone an upgrade these days. It canceled all the barracks and kept one each (i.e. Barrack, Dark Barrack). So what it means it that no wonder how many town hall you are, you'll just have ONE Barrack, Dark Barrack, Spell factory, Dark Spell Factory. If you want to use this base, you can try to make the outer buildings less densely distributed and remember not to leave any blanks.
