Acre Homestead harvests lots of garlic. She peels tons of it blends it up & uses a small cookie scoop, puts it on parchment paper, then freezes it. Easy way for her to add fresh garlic to meals. Just ONE way she harvests it. FYI

It's such a delight to watch both of you together. My husband and I are always laughing at ourselves and teasing each other. We have a great relationship but we never tease in a mean way. Some folks say mean things and then say..." I was just teasing!" I love my honey bunny and I would never want to hurt him, especially on purpose. Words are like seeds...what yo plant is what crop you get.

Beautiful garlic harvest!! I was racing a storm this morning when i was trying to get everything harvested. I was just a praying for God to keep me safe and let me get done before the storm got here. I got everything done except my shelling peas. I was only in the house when lightening struck somewhere and made our smoke detector start chirping. We searched everywhere including the attic to make sure the house was okay. Glad y'all got done! 💜

Congratulation on your harvest of garlic. My husband and I are growing 9 varieties of garlic (32 pounds) this year: DOOR COUNTY GARLIC - Music, Shatili, Rose de Lautrec, Chinese, Pink, and Jovak. FRIENDS gave us Thai Purple. SQUARED ROOTS FARM - Oregon Blue, Inchelium Red, and Island Star. The best one for dehydrating and turning into garlic powder is Oregon Blue. Best wishes from Kate in Olympia, WA - 6/20/2023.
