Living in the Netherlands i felt like everybody went to Disney expect our family and when i grew older nobody wanted to join me. So in january at age of 29 i went all by myself and absolutely had a blast. Healed my innerchild as well. Let alone if youre actually in to certain movies like you 😂. Love seeing people sincerely enjoy and just do what they want ❤❤

🥰 That’s awesome I’m 35 and lost count of the amount of times I have watched Harry Potter and read the books, I have forced myself to take a break between each watch now/read now as I basically know them word for word☺️ 😂 I have a feeling at your age (if I’m blessed to live that long) I will still love it ❤️ along with films like the original Willy wonka and the chocolate factory, Once upon a time in America, Shawshank redemption and many more that are master pieces even the more heartbreaking ones like Schindlers list, it’s a very rare phenomenon that good films are made these days I feel like 😔 Pirates of the Caribbean a great series of movies and (if you haven’t seen them you should) the CGI with Davy Jones was unbelievable, the details like his tentacles holding his hat as they went under water and kept holding it once under….all while the other tentacles flowed with the water of the Caribbean Sea, to the mediocre CGI we have been getting 16 years after that masterpiece. I have never really liked CGI but done right like in pirates it’s amazing. Sorry I wrote more than I intended there, I hope you have a wonderful day/evening and never lose your love of Potter ❤

My wife and I went to Universal in 2020 specifically for Harry Potter World. Not everything was opened back up (mostly rides), but we had a hoot! Some mornings I drink my coffee from the Slytherin mug I bought in one of the shops there and it reminds me of that trip. LOTS of things to do in that area, and the Kennedy Space Center is just a little over an hour away and very cool. Glad you had fun!

I’m glad you had so much fun. I’ve been to Disney in FL. But not Universal yet. I really enjoy watching your channel as you always make me laugh. As someone who has a lot of medical and mental issues that limit me on travel - the laughter you bring into my life is truly the best medicine. My family and I are planning on going to Japan soon and my sister has been to Universal in Japan and said it was so much fun. She and I are both Potterheads. So she said I’ll love it. And IDC that my 2 sons who are 20 and 12 think their mom who’s 45 loves HP and wants a wand! And has read all the books a zillion times. Thank you Richard for all the laughter. I also agree. My family and I were there for 7 days for Disney AND Universal. Universal was hands down the best out of all the days. We spent 4 days at Disney for each park and 3 days at Universal. We're saving up to go to Universal again. A day for each park was not enough for us! 😅

I’m glad you came here to Florida before July or August. Never come to Florida in June July August September. Too hot and august and september are hurricane season. The summer here is brutal and for a Brit even more so. You guys don’t have a clue what really hot is if you think 80 is hot. 80 is Florida mild cooler temp!! 90s with high high humidity are horrible at any outside theme park in Florida.

You did a great! I've been there multiple times but pre Harry Potter. It's very difficult for me due to physical issues now so I ❤️ to see the joy you have! There are strategies for doing the parks since it's so hot and humid there. That's why you get splashed on alot of the rides. Check online or they used to have books on how to make your visit better.

I got to go to Disney World and Universal back in September, 2023. It was insane hot, weather wise. My brother and I, I’m 55 and he is 48, had the best time ever!!! I agree, Universal was the greatest! The Star Wars section of Disney was awesome, too.

Hey Richard, I have been watching your videos since I found you for a week now, love them. I just got done watching one you did 2 yrs ago. I just wanted to let you know that when you eat something that is really hot, don't drink milk it takes too long, plus you have to drink a lot. You want to eat sugar, that's right, Sugar. About 1 to 2 tsp, and hold in your mouth as long as you want to. Plus, if you have hot pepper on your fingers , make a paste with the sugar and soak your fingers in it. This is truly amazing how fast it works. Give it a try and see for yourself. Thanks for your videos they do lift me up.

I am a HUGE HP fan. We stayed right outside the Universal gates and got a deal of buy 2 days and get a 3rd free. We took the first pick up of the day. They have a little pastry/coffee shop when you first enter the park where we would make our attack plan. As soon as the gates opened we were off. Minimal people, hardly any wait time, and the heat was very tolerable. We were there all morning, had lunch and butter beer, and headed back to the hotel about 3pm. Crowds were getting heavy and it was getting hot. Hit the pool at the hotel and had dinner at close by restaurants. Went to bed early to get the first pick up again. One of the best trips ever! I definitely enjoyed Universal better. I'm so glad you went and had a great time! I have some awesome pics I can send you if you would like...

Glad you had a great time! Im taking my neice there in Jan 2025. I was there last late Nov- early Dec (best time to go)but only took in Disney, NASA and some museums. This next time I’ll do Universal…I just can’t do more than 2 days of parks, thats my mental limit. Best WDW ride is at Animal Kingdom…Avatar. Its amazing. Best HP ride is Hagrids motocycle ride for sure. I have an annual pass to Universal here in CA but it’s half the size of HP in Florida.
