From the video, it shows on 5:25 that the processor is a RTL8762DH from Realtek. It's and ARM Cortex M0, from Realtek, that has Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

@@CBrasil1966 no dear just for the information of everyone that I myself has resolved the problem. Though I am not a youtuber so can't make a video of it. So guys just managed to open my watch from the back after unscrewing it. Then I just raised the inside charging coil by placing a small insulated pad so it become almost attached to the outer plastic cover. So simple and it resolved.
