Instead of the raw beaten egg whites, can I use whipped cream instead? I hope so. I just can't get myself to eat raw egg whites even if they are beaten. Love the idea of precutting the top layer!

I've never done it with whipping cream, but I think it should be fine. The volume might be different, but the taste shouldn't be much different
