There's the Lê Gia Bún Bò Huế restaurant on the same street as the Loving Vegan but about 1.5 blocks from Nguyễn Văn Thoại street that I really like especially if you get the special with the beef bones or the Xi Quach.

I'm no vegan, but I ate vegan food for a whole week in the US, at a temple. The vegan food there leaves the American vegan food in the dirt. The food was so tasty, if I go vegan, temple food only. I think if you have preconceived notions of what vegan food taste like. Drop them, and visit Vietnam, haha.
