Really appreciate you sharing this, my son used to this routine throughout his freshman varsity football and others that have seen him conduct the warm-up have provided him with positive feedback.

Thank you coach for sharing this warm up! I feel that it's very important and crucial for a good session. Just have a question, how many reps per exercise? And after a few sessions with this warm up and during/after kicking I feel my legs and hamstrings like tired, heavy, maybe I am overdoing this warm up or not doing enough reps.

10 reps per stretch. Within a week, you should notice improvements in your range of motion.

Yes you could use it for soccer. The warm up works very well for most sports because it stretches many of the muscles needed for flexibility, coordination and balance.
