Thank you much for this. really good idea with the elongated hole! I wish you hadn't sped up the part on getting it dialed in though... that's where I always seem to struggle - or maybe be over-ambitious in my own capabilities 🙂

Would you use a 2x4 for your front fence (the one nearest you as you begin your cut)? Or is it always best to glue together two pieces of plywood?
