Always wash your meat! Turkey included. Next time you buy some pork chops, rub them with your hands and tell me how many done shavings you feel. Then rinse with water and clean them up. They package the the fastest they can. Clean your meat!!!!! Love, DD…

I don't understand when people say don't wash meat because it splashes bacteria everywhere. Do those people think their cutting board and utensils won't splash just the same when washed?
