There are loads of puzzles to checkmate your opponent but not many like this to rescue a difficult situation. Most of us just panic in face of multiple threats.

On 9:50 minutes yess but black can take the white queen on g3 check white must capture with his king or f3 and black go with pawn f, g, h and it is not a mate any more.

Nobody said white had a forced mate. She just said that the mate threat prevents black from capturing the rook. In your line black is down a rook and totally lost.

Watched a few of Emily's streams and I'm not sure she would make it as a poker player but she has a plethora of attractive facial expressions when she is stressed. Sometimes she smiles but sometimes when she's not sure about a move she frowns her eyes and then sometimes when she is unsure about her position she scrunches her face or smirks her face to the side, or purses her lips to the side. Oh god what am I saying. Get off it mate. Bah Bah Bah. Hoof. Kick.
