I don’t understand what incfile or legal zoom actually do for you. I just went on my county clerk site, filled out form and now I have to go get it notarized and pay the fee when I turn it in. Things I would have to do if I used Inc file anyways so how is Inc file saving me any time? It’s definitely not saving me any money. With add in paper and notary it’s costing me $100 to do this through legal zoom it would cost me $200. I don’t see the benefit for an extra $100

The extra 100 is just the price you pay to have them do everything for you, but if you want to do it your self there is nothing wrong with that ither. Your overthinking this my guy
