THE BEST WAY TO FIND MYSTERY CHEST IN HELLTIDES! | DIABLO 4

1. There will be 2~3 areas active when helltide starts. 2. There will be only 1 active mysterious chest per area, but it will respawn. 3. Mysterious chest will be refreshed and respawn in another location in the area at the exact hour mark. 4. Helltide spawns every 1hour15min, and it lasts for 1 hour. Lets say helltide starts on 9:15pm with 3 area (mostly 2 areas), and you manage to grind enough cinders, you will be able to open 1 mysterious chest per area (thats 3 total) before 10:00pm. Another 3 chests spawn after 10:00, and you have 15 minutes left for them. So max chests you can get are 6, and mostly 4 if there are only 2 areas active.

Nooo i had about 200 cinders and tried looking for the mystery chest. But time was ticking. Ended up opening a 150 and 75 cinders chest with 5 mins left. Only got yellow legandaries and some sacreds. Just had to go a little more south. 😭 Thanks for the tip! Defly gonna look for it on the map now.

Every helltide gets 2 - but I'm yet to see more than that? Have you seen more than 2 chests in 1 helltide? Do they swap to other locations?

Question, I find opened mystery chest so that I can't purchase it with 175, does that mean I'm just slow to get it or is there more? I checked both green marked chests and both were opened. Happens after I get 1 chest so it's my next 175 I always miss out on

At what point during the countdown do the mystery chests show up? Do you have time to get 2 of them?

they show up once people start voting on confirmed locations. takes a couple minutes. But yes you usually have time to farm at least 2 per helltides session (as long as you dont die)
