personally I recommend the fabulously optimized mod pack just add fresh animations to it along with whatever shader or resource packs you wish to have the modpack includes fabric and sodium along with controller support and a ton of extra options to make your vanilla Minecraft experience smoother I just launch it with the modrinth launcher it makes a massive difference to not just fps but how fast containers open and how quickly terrain generates

What if I already installed optifine as my main source what do I do then

That's okay, you can install only Optifine and just download the Fresh Animations resource pack, place it into your resource packs folder, select it from the optiond in the game and you're good to go! If you are getting low FPS, or any kinds of stuttering - I recommend you follow the guide with Fabric and the rest of the performance mods, but if not - you can just chill with good ol' Optifine!

This video is way too long for what it claims to be. It's cool and all to show people how to mod their game for performance optimisation but I'm here for the Fresh Animation Ressource Pack installation guide, not the performance mods ! Friendly tip : get to the point, be brief. And if you want to add more, be descriptive and title your videos with that in mind.

Its easy Just download the pack You dont even need to find the minecraft directory Just go to the in game resource pack menu and it lets you add resource packs ffom the game itself Just drag the file in

I understand and appreciate the tips, however in this specific video, the quoted "Best way to install the Fresh Animations pack" is exactly what I'm describing here. I am providing a guide that ensures the best and smoothest performance with the Pack, because it is known to cause significant FPS drops, especially on lower end PCs. It is also a very manual guide for the fellow gamers that still prefer to do it like this, rather than using the Modrinth launcher for example.

@@CringyNick Totally understandable ! But a better title for the video still would be something like "Best Way to Install the Fresh Animations Pack and Optimize It" in my opinion. Then the viewer may know that they're clicking on a guide for installation of a pack AND optimization of said pack ! But frankly I'm just playing world games for what could be unessary info already implied by the "200 fps" in the thumbnail lol it's just that I found plain text way more descriptive than images. Something I will not pretend to know if it applies to everybody. Still maybe something to think about when titling your videos !

optifine is bad and horribly outdated. sodium,iris,etf,emf,(nvidium, but only on nvidia gpu's) combo is in a whole different dimension in terms of fps.
